A day of light, warmth, and new beginnings!

The campus of Pioneer College of Arts and Science came alive with energy and anticipation as we welcomed the Class of 2025 along with their proud parents. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of purpose, tradition, and joy as the new academic year began.

The event commenced with the divine lighting of the kuthuvilakku, symbolizing wisdom and enlightenment, followed by a serene invocation song that set a spiritual tone for the day.

Event Highlights:

• Warm Welcome by Prof. P. Rajappan, Vice Principal, who extended heartfelt greetings to the students and parents.
• Felicitation Address by Smt. Aparna Rajkumar, Secretary, highlighting the institution’s commitment to nurturing talent.
• Visionary Address by Dr. K. Murugesan, Principal, who inspired the freshers with words on academic excellence, discipline, and lifelong learning.
• Vote of Thanks by Dr. N. Valarmathi, expressing gratitude to all who made the occasion a memorable one.

The programme concluded with the National Anthem, instilling a sense of unity and patriotism among the gathering.

As the first bell rang for this new batch of students, it marked not just the beginning of their college journey, but the laying of strong foundations for their dreams and aspirations.
