The department of Business Administration in Pioneer College of Arts and Science was started in the year 1998. The department has fully qualified and eminent faculty with specialized knowledge in Production and Operations, HR, Finance, Investments, Marketing and Systems to shape the students according to industry expectations. Knowledge is thoughtfully disseminated here to the executives and entrepreneurs of tomorrow. The department adopts innovative teaching methods and provides individual attention for student development. Business Administration Department of Pioneer College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore offers three year bachelor's (BBA) programme of Bharathiar University to the deserving students.
The department consistently produces University toppers in results (10 University ranks including 4 gold medals). It also has an enviable track record of placements. The Department Magazine ‘BUSIQUEST’ and Newsletter ‘DISHA- in the direction of Excellence’ showcases the skills and competencies of the Faculty and students of Business Administration.

The Business Administration department also helps the students with inquisitive mind and entrepreneurial objective to hone their innovative thought process. The BBA department at Pioneer College organises a Marketing Mela every year, in association with the Commerce departments.
