Overview The Department of Commerce at Pioneer College, established in 1998, offers undergraduate (B.Com., B.Com. with Computer Applications, B.Com. with Professional Accounting) and postgraduate (M.Com.) programs designed to create professionals in teaching, accountancy, taxation, and industrial needs.

Specializations
• B.Com.: Introduced in 1998, with full admissions since inception.
• M.Com.: Launched in 2001, focusing on advanced knowledge and skills in commerce to meet academic and industrial demands.
• B.Com. (Computer Applications): Started in 2018-19, focusing on commerce integrated with computer applications.
• B.Com. (Professional Accounting): Emphasizes core commerce, professional certifications, and emerging fields like data science
