Pledge Against Child Labour
To mark the World Day Against Child Labour, Pioneer College of Arts and Science organised a pledge-taking ceremony on 12th June 2025 at 3:45 PM. The event aimed to raise awareness about the harsh realities of child labour and reinforce the collective responsibility of society in safeguarding children’s rights.
A total of 30 teaching and non-teaching staff members participated in the ceremony. They pledged their unwavering support towards the elimination of child labour and committed to promoting education and a secure childhood for every child.
The event served as a strong reminder that education is every child’s right, and that child labour deprives young minds of their freedom, growth, and future. Staff members took an active role in voicing their solidarity and concern, making the occasion a meaningful and inspiring one.
Through such initiatives, the institution continues to promote social awareness, responsibility, and ethical action among its community members.
- Together, we raise our voices for a future where every child is safe, educated, and free.
- Say No to Child Labour. Yes to Education.
