Pioneer College Welcomes First-Year Students

Coimbatore, June 17, 2026: The Student Induction Programme – Day 1 for first-year students commenced successfully at Pioneer College of Arts and Science, Jothipuram, Coimbatore, on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, at 10:30 AM.

The programme began with a warm welcome to the newly admitted students and their parents. The event was graced by Sri Sasikumaar, Lifestyle Mentor and Enlightenment Speaker, Gnana Sanjeevanam Gurukulam, Coimbatore, who participated as the Motivational Speaker. In his address, he encouraged students to pursue academic excellence, develop positive values, and confidently prepare for their future endeavors.

The programme was presided over by Mrs. Aparna Rajkumar, Secretary, Pioneer College of Arts and Science, who delivered the Presidential Address and motivated the students to make the best use of the opportunities and resources available at the institution.

Dr. K. Murugesan, Principal, welcomed the gathering and highlighted the college’s academic standards, infrastructure, discipline, and student support systems.

The induction programme provided valuable insights into college life, academic expectations, institutional policies, and opportunities for holistic development. Students and parents actively participated in the session and gained a clear understanding of the academic environment and campus culture.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. P. Rajappan, who expressed gratitude to the Management, the Motivational Speaker, faculty members, parents, and students for their participation and support in making the event a grand success.
