The Department of Tamil, in collaboration with the Women Empowerment Club, proudly organized an inspiring Motivational Talk on “Personal Well-Being” on 10 July at 10:30 AM, emphasizing the significance of mental, emotional, and physical health in today’s demanding world.
The session commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Dr. P. Sasikumar, Head, Department of Tamil, who set the tone for the day with insightful remarks and literary reflections.
This was followed by the Presidential Address by our respected Principal, Dr. K. Murugesan, who highlighted the growing need for well-being awareness among students and how such initiatives foster confidence, resilience, and focus.
The highlight of the event was the keynote delivered by Dr. Pamila, General Secretary, CAMIA Foundation (NGO) and Director, 360 Degree Business Management, Karamadai. Her address explored the themes of mental wellness, self-motivation, and life balance, enriched with real-life stories that inspired the audience to place well-being at the center of their personal and academic journey.
The session concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mr. M. Moovinkumar, Assistant Professor, Department of English, who expressed gratitude to the guest speaker, dignitaries, staff, and student participants for making the event a meaningful and memorable one.
