Industry-Oriented Skill Development Programme

Bright Light Society conducted a 10-day Industry-Oriented Skill Development Programme from 23 June to 10 July 2026 to enhance students’ employability and prepare them for campus placements. The programme included interactive training sessions, practical activities, discussions, and placement-oriented exercises.

The sessions covered communication and listening skills, logical reasoning, group discussion techniques, resume building, interview skills, professional etiquette, workplace readiness, leadership, time management, goal setting, problem-solving, and decision-making.

The training sessions were conducted by Mr. Suresh, Mr. Nandhakumar, and Mrs. Jessin Angeline. Mr. Suresh conducted several sessions throughout the programme, focusing on various placement and employability skills.

The programme provided students with valuable practical exposure and helped them develop the confidence, communication, analytical, and professional skills required to face campus recruitment processes and succeed in the workplace.
