Guest Lecture on “Leadership through Effective Communication”

The Department of English, Pioneer College of Arts and Science, organized an insightful guest lecture on “Leadership through Effective Communication” on 23rd July 2025. The session was led by Dr. J. Senthilkumar, Assistant Professor of English, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore.

Dr. Senthilkumar shared valuable insights on how effective and clear communication fosters confidence and strengthens leadership qualities. The engaging session emphasized the importance of communication as a key skill in both academic and professional spheres.

Approximately 120 students participated actively in the event, gaining practical knowledge and motivation.

The session was graced by the presence of our respected Principal, Dr. K. Murugesan, along with HoD Mrs. M. Chitra, Mr. Moovinkumar, and Mr. P. Chandrasekar.
