Department of Commerce Organizes Session on “How to Start Your Entrepreneurial Journey”

The Department of Commerce, Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Pioneer College of Arts and Science organized an insightful session on “How to Start Your Entrepreneurial Journey” on 19.02.2025.

The resource persons for the event were Mr. Surjith, Chief Executive Officer, 360 Degree Business Management, Hyderabad, and Dr. Pamila, Director of Operations, 360 Degree Business Management, Karamadai.

During the session, the resource persons elaborated on the fundamental steps of beginning an entrepreneurial journey. They covered key aspects such as developing a business idea, drafting a business plan, building networks, testing products, and launching businesses. Their detailed explanations helped students understand the practical approaches to entrepreneurship.

The event was highly interactive, with students actively participating in various activities. They engaged in games designed to enhance creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, students presented their innovative ideas through charts, showcasing their creativity and entrepreneurial potential.

A total of 93 students from the Commerce and BBA departments, along with 12 faculty members, participated enthusiastically in the session. The event provided an excellent platform for students to express their ideas, collaborate with peers, and gain valuable insights into the entrepreneurial world.
