Besant Technologies Conducts On-Campus Recruitment Drive
An On-Campus Recruitment Drive by Besant Technologies was conducted on 18 August 2026 at Pioneer College of Arts and Science, providing students with valuable placement opportunities.
The recruitment process comprised four stages:
- Pre-Placement Talk – Introduction to the company, job opportunities, eligibility criteria, roles, career growth, and recruitment process.
- Aptitude Test – Assessment of logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Group Discussion – Evaluation of communication, confidence, teamwork, leadership, listening, and presentation skills.
- HR Round – Assessment of communication skills, attitude, confidence, subject knowledge, career goals, and overall suitability.
The recruitment process was conducted by Mr. Vijayaraman G. and Mr. Sudhan S., HR Executives from Besant Technologies.
A total of 70 students participated, and 10 students were selected through the recruitment drive.
The drive provided students with valuable exposure to the corporate recruitment process and enhanced their confidence in facing aptitude tests, group discussions, and HR interviews. The event was successfully conducted with active participation from the students.
